Public services can be said to be effective if the community gets ease of service by applying short, fast, precise and satisfactory procedures. The success of improving public services can be determined by looking at the government's ability to carry out the process of delivering public services. This study aims to describe and analyze Public Services in Making SIM C at the Coal Police Satlantas Office. This study used a type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed qualitatively using Fitzsimons theory approach with Tangibel, Reability, Res-ponsiviness, Assurance and Emphaty indicators. Through this research, it can be seen that public services in making SIM C at the Coal Police Satlantas Office are still not fully implemented properly. There are still some shortcomings in the provision of services carried out by officers. The indicators that have not been carried out properly include: First, the stages of the process of making SIM C that are not carried out properly such as theoretical exams that are not always carried out. Second, the administrative fee of SIM C is still not in accordance with the administrative costs that have been set. In addition, various inhibiting factors such as the number of officers working are insufficient and the facilities and infrastructure of officers in providing services are still lacking, causing the services provided to be still unsatisfactory. Therefore, it is necessary to make improvements in order to improve the services that will be provided to the community.
